Summerlyn’s approach to design is rooted in the belief that a home should feel deeply personal, considered, collected, and reflective of the people who live there.

After earning her degree in Interior Design in 2019, she joined a local high-end design-build firm, eventually becoming Chief of Design and earning a spot on the industry’s national “30 Under 30” list. In 2022, she stepped out on her own and founded what would become Ginger Designs.

Today, Summerlyn brings that experience to each project with an equal appreciation for creativity and practicality. She’s drawn to the details that give a home character, but never at the expense of how it functions. Her role is part designer, part problem-solver, and often the voice of reason, bringing clarity to the process while knowing when an unexpected choice is exactly the right one.

The result is a home that feels intentional without feeling overly designed. Beautiful, livable, and distinctly yours.
